The King Protea

I’ve taken on a weekly watercolour challenge where all members receive a topic once a week. This week’s challenge is #stateflower2025 which originated in USA but for all internationals, the challenge is to paint the national flower.  I love the King Protea. I was champing at the bit to capture these colours in our national flower and also the flower I had at my wedding.
