For homemade preserved goods, including jams and chilli products, every jar is crafted with care using fresh, natural ingredients and prepared by hand in small batches. Each batch is unique, and slight differences in taste, colour, or heat may occur. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations as part of their authenticity.
Orders will only be confirmed once full payment has been received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Processing times may vary as items are handmade. Shipping and delivery times are dependent on courier services, and Thomas Craft Designs cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.
Due to the nature of our products, especially perishable goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless items arrive damaged or defective. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
