Magik Knot Terms & Conditions
1. Handmade Variations: Every plushie is heart-stitched and unique. Minor variations in shape, color, or size from photo representations are a natural part of handcrafted work and are not considered defects.
2. Safety & Care: > * Safety: Young children must be supervised during play. Safety eyes are secured but can pose a risk if handled roughly. Not suitable for pets.
Care: Gentle, cold-water wash inside a pillowcase. Air dry flat. Damage from incorrect washing or handling is non-refundable.
3. Orders & Payment: Payments are handled via YourMarket’s secure platform. Once an order for a custom “[Made-to-Order]” item begins, cancellations are not accepted.
4. Liability: Magik Knot is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use or lack of supervision. Once your parcel is with the courier, responsibility for delivery and package condition transfers to the customer.
5. Creative Rights: All designs, photos, and descriptions are the property of Magik Knot.
