We ship nationwide across South Africa using trusted door-to-door couriers and secure locker networks (such as PUDO, The Courier Guy, or Bob Go partners). Once dispatched, delivery takes 1–4 business days to Main Centres and 3–5 business days to Regional Areas.

At CreativeBeesKnitInteriors, we pour immense love, care, and craftsmanship into every single stitch. Because our items are entirely handmade and custom made-to-order, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis under the following strict quality control guidelines:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your blanket, cushion, or gift box arrives damaged due to transit, or if there is a clear product error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly arrange a courier collection at our cost to repair or replace the item for you. If a replacement is impossible, a full refund will be issued.Change of Mind Returns: We accept standard change-of-mind return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be entirely unused, unwashed, and in their pristine original packaging. The customer is entirely responsible for booking and paying the return courier costs to our East Rand workspace.

Customized & Made-to-Order Exclusions: Due to the personalized nature of custom request orders (specific custom sizes or bespoke color sequences outside our standard inventory), these sales are final and are completely exempt from refunds or exchanges unless found defective upon arrival.Processing of Refunds: Once your return is physically received, unpacked, and thoroughly inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. Approved refunds will be released securely through the platform within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
