Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting our handcrafted solid wood products. Each cutting board is individually made with care and from natural materials. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
The incorrect item was supplied

To be eligible for a return:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Because our products are handcrafted and made from natural wood, variations in grain, color, and texture are not considered defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or incorrect care
Normal wear and tear, including knife marks, color changes, or movement caused by moisture and temperature changes
Custom or personalized orders (e.g. engraved boards)
Items returned without prior approval

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of approval or rejection
If approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

5. Natural Wood Disclaimer
Solid wood is a living, natural material. Changes such as minor cracking, warping, or movement can occur if care instructions are not followed.
These characteristics are not defects and are not covered by this policy.

A care guide is supplied with every product, and following it is essential to maintain the board.
