1. Processing & Dispatch
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays), ensuring prompt preparation for shipment.
• You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation via email or SMS, including tracking information once your order is handed over to the courier.
2. Delivery Timeframes
• Main centres (e.g., Gauteng, Cape Town, Durban): Expect delivery within 3–5 working days from dispatch.
• Outlying or rural areas: Delivery may take 5–7 working days due to extended transit times.  
3. Shipping Rates
• Standard Flat Rate:
• R100 (incl. VAT) for deliveries within South Africa—including both main centres and most provinces.  
• Free Shipping:
• On orders R2,000 or more, enjoy complimentary delivery—no city or region restrictions. 
3. Couriers & Tracking
• We partner with reputable couriers—like The Courier Guy or Fastway—and may also offer PUDO locker options for added convenience. 
• A tracking link and estimated delivery date will be shared once your order is dispatched.
4. High-Risk or Remote Areas
• Some remote or high-risk delivery zones may incur an additional surcharge, which will be communicated prior to dispatch. Payment must be completed before shipping. 
5. Delivery Accuracy
• Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Changes requested after dispatch may not be possible.  
6. Delivery Issues
• If your order doesn’t arrive within 10 working days from dispatch, just get in touch—we’ll investigate promptly and keep you updated.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
• You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:
• You received the wrong item.
• Your product arrived damaged or defective.
• You did not receive the item(s) you paid for.
• To qualify, items must be:
• Unused and unlit (candles cannot be returned once burned).
• In their original packaging wherever possible.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
• Candles or wax melts that have been used or burned.
• Change-of-mind purchases (e.g., if you simply don’t like the fragrance chosen).
• Custom or personalised orders, unless damaged or defective.

• If your order arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.
• We will either:
• Replace the product at no extra cost, OR
• Issue a refund to your original payment method.
