Refund Policy

Upon receiving your order, you have 24 hours to confirm receipt through YourMarket. This step is essential to release payment to us, the seller. If no confirmation is made within that period, the platform may automatically release funds. Please inspect your order carefully during this time and let us know immediately if there are any issues.
2. Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be returned in its original packaging. Once the damage is verified, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement.
3. Product Quality Concerns
If a product spoils before its expiry date despite being stored as instructed, you may be eligible for a replacement. Please contact us, return the item, and once the issue is confirmed, we will ship you a new one.
