Processing Time
I work full time during the week, and all sewing is done over weekends.
Made-to-order and custom items are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on order volume and complexity.

In-stock items will be dispatched within 2 business days (maximum) after payment confirmation.

Shipping
Orders are shipped via courier services.
We courier nationwide across South Africa.
Shipping fees are calculated separately and will be confirmed before dispatch.

Delivery times depend on the courier and your location, typically 1–5 business days after dispatch.

Order Updates
You will be notified once your order is completed and again when it has been dispatched.
Please ensure delivery details are accurate to avoid delays.

Additional Information
As all items are handmade, slight variations may occur.
Courier delays are beyond our control, but we will always assist where possible.

Handmade & Custom Items
Due to the nature of handmade and custom-made items, refunds are not offered on:
Custom orders
Made-to-order items
Items made to specific sizes or color requests

In-Stock Items
Refunds or exchanges may be considered on in-stock items only if:
The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
Proof (clear photos or videos) must be provided for assessment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or an item that is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
