What is a store?
A store is the place where sellers showcase all their products in an interactive design. From the store a customer will find the seller’s product, contact information, store location, and all other information in one view. Sellers will see the page by navigating to Seller Dashboard → Settings → Store.
To see what your store looks like, click the Visit Store icon at the bottom left of the Seller Dashboard.
Store Settings
Uploading your branding is critical to stand out. Upload your store banner should represent your brand and product concept in one hero image.The banner size is (625 by 300) pixels, remember not to make the file size too large (1 MB max) as this may slow the store. Also upload your store logo or profile picture (150 by 150) pixels.
For better contact between seller and customer store settings has contact information insert form combined of phone number, email address, physical location information, biography and terms and conditions.
Seller can define to level or type of customer communication by changing the title of the support button.
