Because many of my items are handmade to order, please allow [7–10] business days for me to craft and prepare your item for shipment. If you have ordered a custom piece, I will keep you updated on the estimated completion time.

​Shipping Rates
​Local Delivery: Shipping is a flat rate of R60 for all orders within South Africa.

​Combined Shipping: If you order multiple items, I am happy to combine them into one parcel to save on costs.

​I pour a lot of love and care into every crochet piece I make, and I truly hope you love your order! Because of the nature of handmade, custom items, I have a specific policy to ensure everything stays fair and manageable for my small business.

​Standard Items: If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

​Custom Orders: Please note that custom-made items (made specifically for your color preference) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
